The first two images are installations created in 2006/07 reacting to the work of William Morris and his notions of domestic bliss. All of the other images in this post are from Fall and Spring of 2009/10. I am interested in pattern as a meditative act and a form of domestic monotony. I have most recently been mining my own work for for fragments of images within compositions, which are weird and distinct, a strange, invented biology from which I am producing shapes and forms that are tightly compacted, compressed, and create complication in my imaginary utopia.
